By far, this yard company has been the most responsive and responsible I have had since I have been in my house for 13 years.  Mr.Crooks has shown that he wants to run a professional organization second to none.  The week he was to do my yard, he was scheduled for that Monday; well with my luck, it rained that day and everyday until Thursday.  He actually reached out to me every single day to notify me that the rain would keep him from performing his services,  which I totally understood because of the rain we received.  But I was shocked by the fact that he reached out to me everyday that he would not be able to do it.  How often do you get that amount of customer service?  Well, he came the first opportunity he had to do my yard and he did a terrific job.  They were here for a couple of hours and left the yard looking brand new.  I strongly recommend Blades of Grass to anyone who would like to find a yard company doing business the right way, both by service and customer satisfaction.                                                             Jeff, H
